They help you understand yourself, name your patterns, build self-awareness. And that matters. But understanding alone doesn't change how you feel in your body, how you respond under pressure, or the cycles that keep quietly repeating.
1:1 coaching with me goes somewhere different. We work with your nervous system, your shadow, and your body because that's where your patterns actually live, and where real change actually happens.

How We Work Together
Most approaches to healing ask you to understand, process, or resolve what you're feeling. My sessions work differently.
We don't push. We don't fix. We get present.
Each session is led by you and your body. My job is not to tell you what to do or where to go. It's to create enough safety that your body can finally show you what it's been trying to tell you all along. To help you experience what needs to be experienced, rather than manage it from a distance.
The foundation of the work includes:
Somatic shadow work — meeting the unconscious parts of you through the body, not just the mind
Nervous system regulation — building real safety so your body can finally exhale
Embodiment practices — reconnecting you to yourself beneath all the roles you hold
Parts work and inner dialogue — understanding the protection strategies that have been quietly running your life
Identity reclamation — releasing who you had to be and stepping into who you actually are
No two containers look the same. This work is tailored entirely to you.
What Working Together Actually Feels Like
Safe. Honest. Unhurried.
You won't be pushed to resolve something before you're ready. You won't be given a formula or told what to do. And you won't be expected to arrive at each session with everything figured out.
Each session is body-led and entirely yours. We get present with what's actually here. Not where you think you should be, not where you were last week. What your body is holding right now, in this moment, is where we begin.
And the work doesn't stop when the session ends. Between sessions, you have Monday to Friday messaging support. Which means when something comes up in your everyday life, when a pattern shows up in a conversation, when you feel something shift and don't know what to do with it, you don't have to sit with it alone. You have somewhere to take it. Someone who already knows your story, already understands your patterns, already knows where you are in the work.
That continuity is part of what makes this different. Transformation doesn't only happen in sessions. It happens in the moments in between and that's exactly where I'll be.

What working together feels like
Working together feels steady, spacious and deeply human. There is no pressure to be anything other than who you are in that moment. You are met with presence, curiosity and regulation, not urgency. Every session is shaped by what your body needs, not by a predetermined agenda.
You will feel held in a space where you can finally exhale. A space where you do not have to perform your healing or translate your feelings into perfect words. A space where your nervous system can settle enough for real change to happen. This work is slow, intentional and deeply respectful of your internal pace.
Together, we move through the parts of you that have been asking for attention. We explore the emotions, patterns and internal stories that shape your experience. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. You are guided gently into connection with yourself, into the sensations in your body, and into a deeper understanding of the parts of you that learned to cope alone.
This is a collaborative process. You bring your truth, and I bring the container, the regulation and the tools that support your internal shifts. Over time, your body begins to trust the process. You begin to feel safer. You begin to soften. You begin to make choices from clarity rather than survival.
