A three-month container for the woman who is ready to begin this work and take the first committed step back into herself.

• Seven private 1:1 coaching sessions on Zoom, held fortnightly
• Monday to Friday support through Telegram or messaging
• Practices and guidance tailored to your nervous system capacity and personal process
Investment
$3,000 AUD for the full three months.
Flexible payment options:
• 6 monthly payments of $500
• 12 fortnightly payments of $250
• 24 weekly payments of $125

6-Month Coaching Experience
A six-month container for the woman who is ready for deeper, long-term support and lasting transformation at a sustainable pace.

• Thirteen private 1:1 coaching sessions on Zoom, held fortnightly

• Ongoing personalized practices to support integration and nervous system regulation

Together, we move through the parts of you that have been asking for attention. We explore the emotions, patterns and internal stories that shape your experience. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. You are guided gently into connection with yourself, into the sensations in your body, and into a deeper understanding of the parts of you that learned to cope alone.
This is a collaborative process. You bring your truth, and I bring the container, the regulation and the tools that support your internal shifts. Over time, your body begins to trust the process. You begin to feel safer. You begin to soften. You begin to make choices from clarity rather than survival.

Somatic Shadow Work
We explore the parts of you that learned to protect, perform, avoid or control. These are the parts that influence your reactions, your relationships and your sense of safety. Instead of resisting them, we meet them with understanding so they can begin to shift.
Belief System & Identity Integration
We explore the beliefs and identities that shaped how you learned to survive and the ones that no longer fit. You begin to integrate new ways of relating to yourself that feel more aligned and authentic.
Embodiment Practices
We reconnect you with the signals, sensations and truths in your body. Through grounding, movement and awareness practices, you learn to feel yourself without shutting down, numbing or overriding your needs.
Breathwork & Regulation Tools
We use breathwork and nervous system practices to help your body settle, soften and move out of survival mode. This allows deeper emotional processing to happen safely.
Relational Healing
Much of our wounding happens in relationship, which means much of our healing does too. Through a regulated, attuned coaching relationship, your nervous system learns safety, connection and trust in real time.
My approach is rooted in somatic, trauma-informed work that supports change at the level where your patterns actually live, in your body, your nervous system and your emotional landscape.
